10 ways to boost your confidence

 of the things that held me back from pursuing things is the lack of self confidence,and I always wanted and tried to overcome it and that's what I've been  doing over the years, and that’s what helped me finally overcome my fears, and finally pursue my dreams.

So here are my few advices for you to be the confident guy in the room!!

1.GROOM YOURSELF
This seems such an obvious one,it amazing like how a shower, shaving can give you a boost of self confidence,so it's the key and especially in moments of high stress,you should be staying calm.

2.DRESS NICELY
If you dress nicely , you'll feel good about yourself, presentable and able to tackle anything.Its just hike your levels of confidence and be the man of confidence.

3.BEING POSITIVE
Don't just think and let your thinking ruin your dreams.Work for it brother.Change your thoughts and see the good in everything.With this tiny little skill you'll be able to achieve a greater level of confidence.

4. ACT POSITIVE TOO

More than just thinking positive,you have to put  it into action,and it's  the key to self confidence.When you start working on it you change yourself.Remember that your are what you think and you are what you do.

5.GET YOUR TASK DONE
 
In a day , set small goals and try to achieve it in a certain amount of  time and when you achieve it , it's just reward for you and your level of confidence.Trust me it takes your level of confidence to an another level.

6.SPEAK SLOWLY

Such a simple thing but can have a big difference in how others perceive you.You see your Dean of your college speaking so calmly ,its so confident. Practice it and you'll achieve it.

8.STAND TALL

When I remind myself to stand tall and straight,I feel better about myself. Researchers have found that people who stand tall are found to be more attractive. So get this!

9.SMILE
It's the only one which brings more self confidence  than anything.I feel instantly better when I smile and it looks to be kinder as well.

10.EXERCISE 
This is the thing I love the most and this is the thing which most of us don't do and so you don't feel confident.Keeping in shape feels so better and feel so positive about ourselves.Make sure you hit the gym .
